Having increasingly established itself as an unmissable event in the Principality’s calendar for both collectors and classic motorsport fanatics alike, 2016 marks the Grand Prix de Monaco Historique’s 10th anniversary.
Created by the Automobile Club de Monaco, the event has been held bi-annually since 1997 as an appetiser to the world famous Formula 1 Grand Prix, which is traditionally held a fortnight later.
From the afternoon of Friday 13th until Sunday 15th, May the streets of the Principality will be transformed into one of the most revered circuits within the world of motorsport, spanning a total distance of 3,340 km and taking in some of Monaco’s most spectacular scenery.
This year’s prestigious event will commemorate over 50 years of motor racing, celebrating cars from the pre-war period, along with an intriguing parade of mythical cars and drivers, presented by Chopard.
